Lemonade, the three person Brooklyn-via-San Francisco Electronic dance band released their self-titled debut album back in 2008. That album was a full-blast dance anthem, full of booming peaks and DFA-style post punk sounds.
It took the band four full years to come up with a proper follow-up. Diver, their sophomore album veers in a slightly different direction. Coming in with a more fuller and smoother sound, the songs from Diver offers a chillier side of the band, one that mixes in a soothing R&B influence while retaining some of the electronic dance beats.
